Thomasville is hot.

Yesterday we rode to Thomasville for a meeting Sheri had, and did we have to jump out and shoot up a storm?

Haha, we went crazy for like 30 minutes shooting everything we could. I got some pretty sweet shots of the Sher-bear.

Yesterday, I went over to my best friends house to help them out with a little trouble they were having with their computer. While I was there, they were putting up and above ground swimming pool, and I totally got to let Aaron get all in the sand and eat dirt and roots and grass and well, yeah now nobody is going to let me do any baby sitting, Aaron had so much fun.

I got plenty more than this, and when I get home tonight I will continue editing them and getting them up on here, but here is a little preview, just to let you know.......

So,

Not long after we decided to start perusing our dream as professional wedding photographer's, Sheri and I both developed "photog crushes". She fell in love with the wonderful Mark Eric (M.E.) and I totally fell in love with Bobbi+Mike.

Well, I got a message from Bobbi just recently informing me that.....They totally got nominated for Bludomain's Photographer of the year!

I am sooo happy for them! So anyone that drops by my page take a swing by and vote for them. They're too awesome not to win. Thanks all!

KC and the sunshine band?... more like the sunshine kids!

So Saturday, I went out to the Clyattville park and met my friend KC. Her babies are most precious, and they were so much fun! They seemed to enjoy taking pictures more than me, and thats saying alot!

I honestly believe that taking photos of kids and children, and babies will be my fav. I love to see a man and woman in love, it's so beautiful, but a child? Oh man they are so neat and fun. I so can't wait till the day I have my own babies, they are going to be so spoiled. I read a chapter of a book the other day from a photographer, and he said," Last time I checked my family folder, I had about 70,000 pictures". That's soooo going to be me. You just wait!

I think mothers day is a well deserved day and I want to tell my mom thanks.

Honestly I've never met anyone with a mom like mine. I have the greatest relationship with my parents and yes sometimes we punch each other in the throat, but we always laugh about it. I love my family so much and I know I wouldn't be what i am without my mom.

But yeah my mom is great. I've been really blessed because when i first started private school at 11, my mom was the teacher, and it was a small private school, sooooo she was my teacher till i graduated. ( yeah i was teacher's pet, be jealous.)


But even now as i go to college, i talked my mom into going to school and furthering her education, and so guess what? Now she goes to the same college as me!

Ok, but i even got one more for you, I work at CB as a server, and when my mom needed a job, i pulled strings with the manager, and wallah! She works at Cracker Barrel with me too. haha, but so does my best friends, four guys which went to the same school as me. So shes like a mother too all the kids I'm around, but shes my best friend too.

And i want to thank her. She is the one that pushed me to pursue this dream of photography.
I never thought i could do this, i thought, oh ill just try and yeah maybe it will work out, maybe it won't. But if it wasn't for her, i wouldn't be able to sit here and write this now. I wouldn't be able to take awesome images and show them off for her. She pulled and drug me until i got my lazy butt in gear, and now i think its me doing the pulling and dragging. But as far as i go in my career, ill still be pulling and dragging her, cause she's been so good to me.

So heres to my moms. I'm so glad i have them.
Yesterday we went and scouted out a new location for some shoots, and i love this place. I don't have a copy of mom's pics yet, but ill post what i got so far. I think I'm really going to love this place.

Graduation Girl Prt 2!!!

So yesterday Denise graduated w her associates in Middle Grades Education.
I am so proud of her! She's going to be the coolest best teacha eva!

Graduation Girl ! Congrats!

So congratulations to My cousin Nikki! She just graduated with her Bachelors in Science of Psychology. She was so excited Saturday....

I probly shouldn't tell this but I have zillions of storys from when we were young, and I specifically remember one time when we were "Pretending" that she was a Dr. and I was her patient....She told me she had a healing herb that I could take that would heal me, and so she went to the kitchen and returned a few minutes later and said," Ok, take this herb and you'll be healed" and so she put it in my mouth and it turned out to be a huge piece of raw onion..... after I gagged a few times I had to chase her down because she was already running, haha. But truly Nikki has been one of my best friends in the world and I really love her and appreciate her. Here is a few from after we stuffed ourselves Saturday at Austins........
